With three decades of software expertise across investment banks and insurance companies, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge in designing and delivering high-impact solutions for complex financial systems. Based in London, Paul's career has been defined by a commitment to precision, innovation, and adaptability in the fast-paced world of finance and insurance. Outside of work, Paul has a deep love of music, with the piano holding a special place in his life. Whether it's delving into complex software challenges or immersing himself in the melodies of piano compositions, Paul finds joy in both technical mastery and creative expression. Baran Uçar—from Turkey—combines a deep curiosity for science and mathematics with meticulous technical expertise in software engineering, primarily focused on backend development. Experienced in blockchain technologies, particularly ICP, Rust, Motoko, and TypeScript/React, Baran also has practical expertise in designing tokenomics and working extensively with NFTs. Guided by a scientific mindset, Baran enjoys bridging theory and practice through thoughtful, deliberate engineering.

A dedicated software developer from Turkey with a passion for turning complex challenges into elegant, user-friendly solutions. Originally honing his skills through hands-on experience and continuous learning, he has built a diverse background in both front-end and back-end development on IC. Ilyas combines his academic pursuit of computer science with a deep curiosity about the fundamentals of computing and the innovative technologies that build upon them. He believes that decentralised applications benefit humanity and is committed to being part of this transformative movement.
MERT SAHIN​

Based in Turkey, Mert has a strong interest in technology, science, and art. A gamer and hobbyist guitarist, he also experiments with game development in his spare time just for fun. He first encountered the ICP ecosystem in 2021 and got hands-on experience in 2022 as Community Manager for Cryptotext, a project he co-founded with friends. His practical approach helps connect people and ideas, contributing to projects that make a real impact.
